Steven and Andreas went above and beyond to help our family get new carpet into a home we were moving into. Fast, efficient, fully transparent, and friendly. The men that installed were fast and friendly as well. Can’t say enough about the experience. This is the only place we will turn to in the future. We lost our home to a fire and had to remodel from the studs. We had old Mexican pavers installed when we first bought it which looked amazing but were extremely difficult to keep clean, had to reseal every other year etc.. Super high maintenance, therefore the wife and I wanted to go with something much easier to manage, and luxury vinyl was the choice.. We shopped around, got quotes and landed at Koala. This team is just incredible, from start to finish I am SO HAPPY with our end product and the attention to detail is noticeable in every plank installed. The custom-made step is like no other. I would go no further in your research, this team is the BEST in town!! And they'll beat Home Depot pricing! ;-)

Koala carpet is the place to get your carpet. Steve worked so well getting us all the information we needed, constantly followed up making sure we were all on the same page and blew our other quotes out of the water. Steve made sure we felt like more than just customers. Day of installation was a breeze. We knew what we had to do beforehand and even then still had follow up instructions. The value of this communication cannot be put into words. The work (4 rooms and stairs) was done quickly, precise, organized and better than we could have ever imagined. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone!!
