Although busy, was able to get us in for last minute pedicures. While there they took great care of a family with many young children. Even offered to give a special pedicure to one of the kiddos.
Came here to get a pedicure with my aunt. She had a $25 gift card and just wanted a basic pedicure. They wouldn't let her. They told her that she has to do the $27 pedicure. She didn't want the scrub. They kept asking her questions and trying to upsell. I mean 'make your money'. She has sensitive legs and asked to be gentle for the massage and the woman just said "its fine. See its fine". No its not fine you were hurting a little old lady. It was irritating having to lean over and say "no" after "no". I had myself had a great pedicure. And had a dip manicure before and had a great time. They just need to stick with their cleanliness and if they want to keep their licenses: use a new file, scrubbers, and separate the chemicals so that they are for each use versus pouring whatever is left over back into the container. Such as the dip powder. It should be placed into a clean container and whatever dip is left over...thrown away. Same with the files...used and thrown away. Same with the buffer/scrubbers...used and thrown away. Come on customers, you know right from wrong. Lets keep these employees respect for us at a high standard. It should be cleaned and new tools every time.
Absolutely great service love how Pam is so gentle with care when working on nail and right on point also love the lady's that do the pedicures my husband just loves getting he's pedicures with Ana so good with his feet 100% very happy there great prices in town still
