I’ve been coming here for years, and have always had a really great experience no matter what. Been through two different doctors but the one Dr Shalaby is awesome. Not many dentists that actually connect with you on a human level and make you feel extremely comfortable. The staff at the front desk and their dental hygienists are all amazing. It’s why I keep coming and why I stick around!! Highly recommend.

I used to go to Dana Point Smiles years ago but had to change due to insurance. Yesterday my sister let me know that they were in network With our current insurance and that she and my nephew had gotten started with orthodontic treatment. I was so excited to hear this that I called the office right away and I was able to get an appointment for a consultation the next day. My day got better when they texted me to tell me that the hygienist that I always saw who’s fabulous, Sarah, Had gotten a cancellation right before my consult time. Love going to the dentist with Dana Point Smiles. Sarah has been cleaning my teeth for years and she is so thorough, gentle and kind. I see Dr Shalaby for dental work and he never tries to upsell or do unnecessary work. I had an issue once with a retainer not fitting and they were so apologetic and worked hard to fix the issue. The service is great, from the front desk to the technicians, it feels like walking in to a home. Plus I love supporting local Dana Point businesses.
