They responded quickly and set up an appointment to look at the problem the following day. Paul explained the cost of replacing the thermocouple of water heater and further advised us that there could be other issues and that they would look at it. When they came, they looked at the issues and recommended to replace water heater. It was already a 9 yr old water heater . Paul took charge of everything - from getting the new water heater, getting the warranty rebate deducted from our cost for heater at Home Depot , installing, and finally, our water heater gave us hot water supply.
