Updating my review because it's been over two years and Ananya is still my gal. I'm extremely picky and having perfectly manicured nails is literally my trademark. I do not play about my nails, and she has never missed once. The shape, the detail, the consistency... always flawless. I've been going to her for years and won't let anyone else touch my hands. On top of that, I get bomb nails and a full therapy session every visit. She's also the only nail tech I'll show up for at 7am, which tells you everything. If you want someone who delivers every single time, come see Ananya-- but make sure you book an appt first.
I went to Nail Box for a manicure and pedicure and had a great experience overall. The team was fast and efficient, and Ale did a wonderful job with my pedicure--it turned out really clean and relaxing. Ananya did my manicure, and it came out beautifully, though the service felt a little rushed. I just wish there had been a bit more time to enjoy the process. I also loved meeting Sugar--such a sweet touch that made the visit even better! I'd definitely come back again.
I got my nails done by Justin for my birthday and loved the atmosphere and the vibes. Justin did well on my nails and gave me what I wanted. I was his last client of the day and everyone else had gone for the day so we were hoottinnn and holleringgg most of the time I was there. The experience was fun and relaxing. If I lived back home I would be getting my nails did there every month.
