Offices are not sterile environments that is why pts are sent to the OR. I would take a skilled surgeon like Dr James Wu in a average office in appearance versus a substandard surgeon in a posh office. I have been evaluated for years by Dr Wu and my daughter since the age of 3 yo now 16 yo and he has evaluated both my husband and 34yo son who is also a Registered Nurse as I am. Dr. Wu is outstanding in surgical skill and bedside manner is wonderful. I will continue to be treated by Dr Wu in addition he also performed eyelid surgery and a rhinoplasty on my best friend of 3o yrs who is also a RN. Do your homework before you trash a surgeon based upon the office building.“

“I had a failed dental implant done by my old dentist. Suffered 13 consecutive days of excruciating pain post-procedure that I’d never wish on anyone and all ended up for nothing as that dentist had to scoop out everything (implant & bone graft) due to infection after two months in nightmare. Also gone several thousands of dollars.
Dr. Dela Rosa was recommended to me by someone I trust. But to be honest, I did not expect the experience would be so drastically different. Dr. Dela Rosa set out an elaborated plan from the first consultation all the way thru post-procure recovery and he was optimizing EVERYTHING to ensure success, including the choice of antibiotics. He insisted on me retested for penicillin allergy and it turns out I’m no longer allergic! He proposed PRP to maximize post-procedure recovery. He explained to me different options of implant materials and rationale for his choice. And he decided that I would NOT need bone graft, which in my non-medical opinion was the main contributor to the failed implant procedure! The old dentist used A TON and I literally felt my body rejecting that almost right away.
And the implant procedure itself, was literally an act of art. I had never imagined that someday I would appreciate a surgeon performing the procedure on me during the process. His confident conduction, swift movements, gentle and prompt explanation throughout the procedure, all demonstrated what a next-level surgeon Dr. Dela Rosa is.
Not only he repaired the hole (literally and figuratively) on my gum, he helped me heal the trauma from the previous nightmare. Even his office is 70 miles from my home one way, I actually look forward to going back for follow-ups. And speaking of his office, it’s one of the most beautiful medical faculties I’ve been to. I’m beyond grateful for Dr. Dela Rosa and his team and I wish there were more like him in the medical systems.“
