Asael and his expert team repaired dryrot, a faulty drain, and reinstalled roofing and flashing that another contractor did poorly. He also added copper flashing along the span of our neighbor's roof to help protect the side of our home from rain runoff and water damage. I had some issues with wood coming off the side of my house. Asael and the Marcelino team were the first to come and give me an estimate, and then they consistently showed up at 8:00 a.m. and got the work done in only a couple of days. I felt prioritized, the communication was great, and the quality of the workmanship is extremely detail-oriented and beautiful. I couldn't be happier with the result, and will be using Marcelino for all surface/stucco/plastering work in the future.
