I was nervous looking for a new salon. But Fiona helped me feel welcomed and took the time to listen. I was a walk in and to my surprise she took me in when I wanted more than a haircut. Even though it took a long time to finish my appointment, Fiona was patient and never rushed to finish my hair. She’s detailed and explains the process well. I was surprised to look at the picture because I didn’t recognize that was me! I absolutely love my new color! Thank you Fiona!

I always have a very good experience whenever I go to this salon located in Westlake Daly City. Our regular hair stylist is Chau. Me and my husband love her. She is so nice, she knows exactly what she’s doing and she will tell you what’s really good for your hair. She doesn’t take advantage of you. She only recommends what’s good for your hair. She’s the sweetest. I am recommending her to all my friends and family. You should look for her when you want to do your hair at Lux Image Salon

I absolutely love Chau! I've been going to her for almost the past ten years, regardless of moving two hours away, as she's the only one I trust with my hair. She always works with me to achieve the haircut and color I'm looking for, and is always meticulous in her work!
