Just booked my first service with Jenn for a Korean lash lift. Jenn was very professional, kind, and thorough. She explained each step as she went through the process, and asked me multiple times how I was doing during the 90 minute session. I REALLY appreciated that she had a large knee pillow to elevate my legs since I was lying on my back for so long. She answered all of my questions regarding aftercare and sent me home with a small bag of samples so I could properly care for my eyelashes until our next appointment. Jenn is super knowledgeable, and provides me with so much information about my services. For waxes, she has such a gentle touch, and makes it a very comfortable. I inquired about an another service, and she informed me that it would be a “nice to add” for me, but based on my current condition, it wasn’t necessary. She could’ve just charged me for the service, but instead she educated me on the benefits, and said it wasn’t necessary but ultimately let me decide. I genuinely believe she cares about her clients long term. I just started a few months, and go quite infrequently, but she remembers! Thank you Jenn for your attentiveness!
