John and his team are fantastic. They're extremely responsive and professional and do fantastic work. On top of that, they use a cleaning agent made of grapefruit seed so it's not harmful for children or pets (we have an 8-month old child in the house). The technician we've worked with is courteous and respectful and went out of his way to put pads on the corners of our walls to ensure that the hoses don't leave marks. We've used them a few times now and will continue to go back to them for our carpet and upholstery cleaning needs.

We are return customers and have had consistent amazing service. From the scheduling (Mary is so sweet) to the service technician, every one is very professional, caring, and responsive. We've been lucky enough to get Duane twice (once we had our carpets sent out so I don't remember who came then). He is awesome. And he really cares about his customers' satisfaction. This is so rare these days yet very much appreciated! Most importantly, our carpets look great every time.
