The staff, including Angela and Steve M., go above and beyond to ensure that every detail is taken care of with precision and care. They also appreciated the way she made them feel welcome and accommodated their requests, such as playing a slideshow during the viewing and providing a microphone and podium for a family member to sing.

Another family had a positive experience with Steve M. during a difficult time, when they unexpectedly lost their father. Steve took the time to check in with them in their darkest moments, provided words of encouragement, and kept them informed about the status of their father's remains. They were grateful for Steve's kindness, generosity, and attention to detail, which made an unbearable moment easier to navigate.

It is worth noting that some reviewers have mentioned the importance of following up and asking for what is needed in person to ensure that everything goes smoothly. However, overall, Duggan's Serra Mortuary is described as a business with kind and helpful staff who are dedicated to providing excellent service.
