This is my second visit to his office at the Target store in Daly City. I have been very satisfied as he is very nice and professional, the office is spotless and well organized with lots of seemingly up to date diagnostic equipment. It's been very easy to get an appointment (same day) both times and I'm very satisfied.
The only down side is that he's very short when he speaks. He's very clear but doesn't encourage questions or discussion.
I'll certainly come back next year.
My whole entire eye exam experience was truly lovely from start to finish! I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and know how conveyed to me by the entire staff only to then be completely blown away by the accuracy and efficiency displayed by their extremely high tech equipment! That eye exam was just way too cool! So yeah, if you’ve been putting off getting your eyes checked for far too long (just like me) then perhaps this should be your sign to go get it done at the Target in Serramonte!
Dr. Toan Thach and his staff are exceptional. I have been a patient since 2019 and hope to continue seeing Dr. Tach for many years to come! He is very thorough in the eye exam itself and I appreciated the option for him to be able to evaluate my optic nerve and retina without the need for my eyes to be dilated. Dr. Thach makes me feel at ease during my visit and I appreciate his professionalism and the high quality of visit he provides. I hope to be able to get my husband to become a patient as well!
