Before my family moved to Seattle in late '60s, we pay our respects to my father's father (grandfather). Since my wife and I are visiting our son, we decided to pay our respect to my grandfather. The cemetery has changed, and I could not find my grandfather's gravestone location. He was buried there between 1950 - 1954. I was told by maintenance folks he could be located at the far end. But we couldn't locate him after spending an hour. I will try again on my next visit.
Can't say much about their services. But I will say it's a nice place to eat lunch and the views from the top of the hill is very scenic. On some weekends, you can hear fireworks going off in celebration. They have bathrooms and benches for guests.
Who doesn't enjoy the eeriness from cemeteries. Being Chinese makes me appreciate my ancestors when I walk through this place. It feels much more sacred than traditional American cemeteries and more at peace. If you've never stopped to check it out then I suggest you do, it's right in our backyard!
