Wow - so many others coming to try to resolve an issue with a Viking hood fan motor not working - I should have started with Gerry!!! He was professional and friendly, explained everything each step of the way and solved our issue. Lesson learned - call Gerry for electrical issues first next time.

I called Gerry for advice on my apartment that is in a building without a ground. I wanted to know what to do for a portable air-conditioner, to make it safe. He gave me great advice, was very patient and cordial, and did not charge me for his time. He even invited me to call back if I had more questions!
