Located at Serramonte shopping area. If you see Ross then you're here! Mad an appt for my mom. we made an appt but walk ins are welcomed. we walked in and chose 2 glasses. Went and sat at the waiting area until call in for an eye exam. We were in and out within an 1hr. Strait forward process and the price is unbeatable
From beginning to end the service is always great at this stop. Today for my yearly eye appointment Hunter was the first to greet me as I came in. Having Dr. Le is always great and his appointments are always s pleasure; he's willing to teach and and answer any questions regarding your eyes and exam. After all the exams and stuff Hunter was the person to triage me out. He was super honest and listened to my likes in choosing a frame. Was super patient and we slowly found a solid good pair. Professional, efficient, and friendly staff! The location in Modesto gave me an inaccurate prescription, but I was able to do a follow up appointment within the 30 days, and this location gave me a much better experience along with an accurate updated prescription.
