Darlene was excellent in handling the eviction on a property of a deceased located in Los Angeles County. Everything went smoothly. She was able to prevent the defendants from filing a last minute to postpone/cancel the eviction. Getting status of the long process process ( due the courts and process server) was no issue from the firm. Will use her again to handle my rental evictions. Thanks Darlene.
