If I could give 0 stars I would.We contracted with Dan for a nearly $250K full-home remodel in May 2022. The end date in our contract was Aug. 2022. The work is still not completed and the house remains uninhabitable. We chose Dan partly because he is local and wasn't put off by the permitting process. He told us he took on only 3 projects at a time and assigned each it's own 4 person crew. This was a lie. Four guys came in and demoed everything in a few days, then left the house sitting vacant with holes in the exterior walls for months. Several of the guys he did employ have up and quit.
