Elements For Wellness

I have been going to Sarah for about 10 years. I have followed her to three different locations and has now settled in to her new location at Phenix Salon in Cypress. Sarah is without a doubt the best massage therapist, but she is so much more than that. She is a wonderful person!! She takes the time to listen to you and knows just how to make your body feel better. I have osteoarthritis in my neck and knee and after a Sarah massage I always feel so much better. Sarah knows her stuff...I highly recommend her. I would give her more than 5 stars if I could!!!!

Had my first Massage with Lenny and let me tell you she is amazing! I had a 90 minute massage and wanted her to focus on specific areas of my back, neck and hips which she did. I enjoy firm massages and Lenny can definitely take care of the hard to release muscles many of us have. The business is very clean and organized and there is plenty of parking which is great! Thank you Lenny and Elements for Wellness for an amazing first experience. I will be back next month!
