I've tried many groomers between LA and OC over the years, and Bow Wow is definitely one of the most consistent with their work. They are easy to book, despite the fact that they are normally book a couple of weeks out. They are quick, follows instructions thoroughly, and always send you fur baby home with a bandana that matches the current holiday or season!
I've been having my family's dogs and my dogs groomed here for years. I had used other groomers in the past, but once i had my old dog groomed here for the first time i never went anywhere else. Their compassion and skill is unmatched. I moved about an hour and half away, but still bring my dog here when i come to visit my family. Elaina is great, i highly recommend this groomer. They even remember and loved my old dog that passed a little over a year ago. That's the true sign of a groomer who cares and loves the animals they come across.
I've been to a couple other groomers, but Bow Wow Groomers has been my favorite so far. My dog doesn't like me touching his paws, so his dew claws get kind of long. I dropped by to get his nails cut and they did a great job so I decided to come back for a groom. I requested a bath, brush, ear cleaning, nail trim, anal expression, sanitary trim and dry and he came out great! After a little two hours he came back squeaky clean and smelling good. This will be my new regular spot!
