An email in the middle of the night while I was in Germany was quickly responded to first thing in the am with confirmation my order would go out as promised. The flowers were spectacular and made my wife's day. It's nice to see when business' give you exactly what you expected and over communicated the whole process to ensure you felt you were in good hands.
