Atlantic Express Car Wash provides a welcoming and professional experience with patient staff who attend to customers' needs. While some may find the washes overpriced, others appreciate the convenience of daily washes with license plate recognition and a quick drive-thru service.
Been there customers for years but today my car got damaged cause the machine broke and the employees didn't acknowledge me or say sorry I'm there platinum member since they opened and as an engineer for bmw I know any damages after the machine and employee damage they are liable my car was left soup and water marks no dry or nothing and even telling me sorry. I'm currently talking to a lawyer for liabilities
Very professional clean and welcoming the staff are very patient when it comes to issues and questions they make you feel heard and tend to your needs especially when it comes to rude customers I've witnessed that today very calm and collective employees would definitely recommend
I've been here twice and the washes weren't what I expected for the price. I paid the highest tier ($18) and I still had some dust and dirt on the doors and windows. I'm sticking to ARCO from here on out.
