Horrible customer service. Can't even print your forms out while you're there. They say they'll email em to you more than once. Never do. I paid more than 400 for this?? Never again. F plus financial services.

Do not do your taxes here. They are crooks. They lie and tell u one amount they are charging then they charge u more after u sign. When I asked how much do is their fee they said I will let u know once I'm done before that they make u sign a paper. Once they are done they tell u a different amount. They over charge. They are liars and crooks! I'm reporting them to IRS!

Do not ever do your taxes here !!!! They're fake they lie !!!!!!! They're crooks if I could rate 0 stars I would please don't waste your time here On top of that the customer service is so pooor !!!!!!!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE
