Mariko was a dream to work with! I was looking for a local florist to support to send a floral sympathy arrangement to my best friend and her family and I’m so glad I found Mariko.
I sent her an email at 830pm the day before New Year’s Eve, praying for a response but also not really expecting one because of the upcoming holiday. She replied that night to my surprise.
We arranged everything over email and she was SO accommodating and friendly, especially with such short notice. She was even able to deliver it earlier than expected (she checked with me beforehand though of course).
