I have been using Liberation Therapies for several years now and I must say, the owner Kym, is a miracle worker! I am a larger framed guy and over the years have gotten a massage here and there and have struggled spending the money cause it was a just a nice massage. Kym has completely changed my viewpoint and I have become a regular client! She is able to work deep into the tissue and truly address issues I have struggled with for years! I wasn’t sure what to expect when we started our class. But mind calm was such a great experience. Six other girlfriends and I enjoyed learning about and practicing a new way to meditate. As someone who finds it hard to stop moving, Kimberly‘s method really spoke to me. I really feel taken care of in her presence. She’s wonderful to work with, knowledgeable and funny to boot!
