Connie is professional,knowledgeable and a helpful teacher. Her space is soothing in spite of the dog groomer next door- try to schedule on days when the groomer is closed if the sound of some puppies will distract you. Connie didn't need to know many details about me before beginning. She sought my consent for specific techniques and was just the right amount of cautious and assertive. I was glad she just blended techniques with essential oils and I have been much improved each time I have seen her for one hour sessions- less pain in my shoulders and I am thinking more clearly and feeling less stress.

I appreciated that she used essential oils as well as an epsom salt rub to really get deep into my muscles. I was very in need of a good massage and I got much more than just that!
