Requested style: I showed Tom a picture of what my idea was and told him to add his own flare and he did a magnificent job.

I've been there twice so far and am 100% satisfied with the quality of service provided. Well worth the time and money invested. Professional quality. My nails and toes never looked so good!

This was a very strange experience. This place has none of the usual sanitation equipment—no sterilization cubes, no new packets of instruments, there was a dirty paper towel inside the blue light nail dryer that clearly just lived in there to cover whatever was underneath—that the manicurist obviously didn’t think was an issue because she didn’t remove it when I pointed it out. Plus it took ages to put paint on while she yanked my fingers painfully; despite lots of fiddling with a brush there’s paint all over my fingertips and despite 3 coats the color is still translucent—not surprising, given she seems to take pains to put on the minimal amount of paint...read full review
