“Waited forty five minutes for the coffee machine installer to show up and I was already fuming texted my wife saying i cant believe we hired these guys and then the guy pulls up in an old rusty truck with a smile like nothing was out of the ordinary

But honestly once he got to work it was obvious he knew exactly what he was doing dropped all the gear in place wired the whole thing up in under an hour even cleaned up after himself which honestly Ive never seen a tradesperson do in my life he took the time to show me how the steam wand works and troubleshooted my old drip machine just as a nice bonus

The receptionist called later to see if everything was good and said if there was any issue theyd come back out free im really hard to impress with service workers but props to them for really coming through because originally I was ready to write a review telling people to stay away but now i think im gonna switch my whole home electrical over

Whole family loves the setup already we made lattes and they tasted better than the coffee shop down the street totally caught me off guard did not expect to be this happy walking in angry“

“Professional, good communication, very nice people, had to wait a little while to get the work done and all of that is great. We had a short pick list of miscellaneous things to do and they suggested us going with time and materials pricing, but I didn't ask how long it would take and didn't think price of materials would be much because the jobs were so small. I think I know how long electrical work generally takes and an experienced electrician should be able to knock it out in one full day, so I thought. I do have experience and rewired an entire house in the past and have hired electricians before, once for all the electrical in a new house we built ourselves. For this small job, it took the guy 2 1/2 days, and we racked up a bill of nearly $2000, and I was very surprised at how long it took and the bill. I'm satisfied with the quality of the work, and the electrician was meticulous, but very slow. It was a mistake for me to go with time and materials for a few of outlets and switches, and 2 ceiling lights.I just miscalculated how long the electrician they sent would take to do the job. The job will be done well, but expect to pay A LOT. I would not do time & material pricing again, and would want to get bids from different companies going forward.“
