Our pellet stove needed a new igniter. The gentleman that came to the house was very professional and fixed the problem in about an hour. He also cleaned out the stove and made sure it was working properly.

I like doing business with companies I trust, especially with an important purchase like a fireplace for our new home. After initially contacting a different company, a friend recommended Chimney Craft. Russ, the sales representative, helped us explore different options and select the ideal fireplace. His communication and follow-up throughout the ordering and delivery process was outstanding. He provided helpful advice that assisted us during construction. I had service on my wood burning stove & the gentleman couldn't have been nicer. Very through job & even checked my dryer vent which I didn't realize was a service they offer. Made sure ever was spick & span before he left & even called the following day regarding an un-needed part.
