Aaron is the definition of above and beyond. I broke down just outside the park on a Sunday. My roadside cover via Progressive could only get me to a shop the next day. Aaron did the research and found that it was highly likely that plan would result in me stuck for another 2 days due to part availability in the area I was getting towed to.
His proactiveness translated into immediate action, driving to Modesto for midnight on a Sunday and then replacing my alternator before I had even made it back to my car in the morning!
Aaron is a legend and his skills and commitment are phenomenal.
If you find yourself in a bind, give Aaron a ring!
finally found a shop that actually tells you whats going on instead of trying to upsell you on everything. they got my old truck back on the road quick, i was pretty worried it was gonna be a big expensive ordeal but it was really reasonable. the guy at the counter just explained what needed done and didnt try to add a bunch of extra junk. honestly i was in and out way faster than i thought id be. waited around a bit while they did the work but they kept me updated which i appreciated. definitely my go to spot from now on, wish i had found them sooner.
A and K not only came out and diagnosed our car’s issue at 8pm on a Sunday, but took the time to search through active warranties on our car to make sure we got the best deal. We’ve never been treated this well by any mechanic (VW ended up fixing the issue for free because of A and K’s help and advice), and are admittedly sad they can become our go to mechanic back in NJ! Thank you!!!
