Modern Fades Barbershop is a great place to get a hair cut. The ladies are friendly, professional, and the shop is super clean. Customers say the stylists are excellent and the atmosphere is a great fun atmosphere that makes the trip to Cottonwood worth it. The shop is family‑friendly, all the girls are really nice, and the small‑town atmosphere feels welcoming. The stylist gives a fantastic job every time, taking the time to hear you out and explains thoroughly before cutting. She has an eye for detail and makes the hair look perfect, whether it’s a 2‑year‑old’s hair cut, a close 3 on the sides, or a John Wick look. Clients say the barbershop is hands down the best barber in Shasta county and you will not be disappointed by booking here.

I have been with Adriana for years. She is not just a great person but an excellent stylist. During my battle with cancer, she has always remained very accommodating and understanding when I would have to cancel and rebook my appointmens. She always leaves me with a look that I love and surpasses any expectations. I have had her style my hair in a foux hawk with a close 3 on the sides, and to the other extreme where iv grown my hair out to mimic John Wick, with other looks in-between. She always hits the mark.
