Dr. Zufall and the team at the clinic saved our 9-year-old dog’s life with a same day bladder surgery. They were the ONLY vet in the entire area that would even take our dog after we called 6 other places (and God bless them for that ?!).The cost was what we expected, and while high, it could have been worse. Everyone we interacted with was caring and thorough! It was nice that they included a free follow up re-check to make sure everything was going well with our dog’s healing. Would recommend!
My indoor cats rarely need treatment other than the occasional shot, and the staff at the clinic always seem kind, concerned and ready to help. My very old cat needed to be put to sleep last week, and the staff were sympathetic and kind, treating my scared kitty with care and respect, and making her transition as peaceful as possible.
When we first made the called their schedule time was so short an amazing we schedule for that same week! Once we arrived and finished filling out the paper work it was only twenty minutes.. if that to get Tobias (my boy cat) looked at/starting the neutering process. We dropped him off around 8am and picked him back up at 2pm. He’s been perfectly normal an healthy! I definitely recommend. 11/10
