They were the only vet in the area to take the dog after calling six other places. The cost was as expected, and everyone was caring and thorough. The clinic includes a free follow-up re-check. Staff always seem kind, concerned, and ready to help, treating scared kitties with care and respect during difficult transitions. Scheduling time was short, allowing for a same-week appointment. After paperwork, it was only twenty minutes to get a cat looked at and start the neutering process. The cat was dropped off at 8 am and picked up at 2 pm, and is perfectly normal and healthy.
This team is absolutely incredible with everything they do for owners and everything that they do for animals. They're always there to answer questions, which makes me feel a lot more comfortable about seeing a vet with my cat. I just have to say this clinic is the absolute best clinic that I have been to. They take very good care of my cat and many other animals as ive seen. They have done everything that they could to make sure he was okay, and taken care of and to top it off with my anxiety they have reassured me and answered all of my questions, and have been nothing but the best. With me living so far they also always answer calls and have been on point with all they do ALL OF THE STFF! IF YOU ARE THINKING OF GOING HERE DO IT! 10/10 RECOMMEND!!
Friendly and gentle Service as usual at Cottonwood, Small Animal Clinic. First it starts with the convenient online waitlist. Dogs don’t wait for an appointment to get sick or injured. So it is easy to go on their website and get on the waitlist from the convenience of your home. They send you a text when it’s your turn and you let them know how far out you are gonna be. My dog recently cut his tongue While getting groomed and was bleeding everywhere. I was able to get on the waiting list in the middle of the day. And within 45 minutes it was my turn.
