Cottonwood Small Animal Clinic offers exceptional care for dogs, cats, and other small animals. The clinic provides a convenient, no-appointment-needed process that fits busy schedules. The veterinarians and staff are caring, knowledgeable, and compassionate, making clients and their pets feel valued and supported. The clinic's amazing work and customer care have earned the trust and gratitude of many pet owners. The team saved a 9-year-old dog's life with same-day bladder surgery. They were the only vet in the area to take the dog after calling six other places. The cost was as expected, and everyone was caring and thorough. The clinic includes a free follow-up re-check. Staff always seem kind, concerned, and ready to help, treating scared kitties with care and respect during difficult transitions. Scheduling time was short, allowing for a same-week appointment. After paperwork, it was only twenty minutes to get a cat looked at and start the neutering process. The cat was dropped off at 8 am and picked up at 2 pm, and is perfectly normal and healthy.
The waitlist idea works great. Where we lived before we would have to pay an emergency fee to be seen, and it took weeks or longer to get an appointment. The techs and two vets we have seen are kind and helpful.
Very reasonably priced
I’ve been going to them for years and only switched due to a move. The new vet I had said my dog was going to need surgery and they quoted me between 7-8k for that. I didn’t trust them at all and drove my dog back to Cottonwood small animal clinic since I have trusted them for years. Turns out my dog did not need surgery after all. Despite them saving me money they also spared my dog from unnecessary surgery and pain that she didn’t actually need.
When we took our cat in for a check-up, the bloodwork came back saying she has hyperthyroidism. I was called and informed of this the very next day and the doctor promptly emailed me a link to order the medicine our cat needs. Erin Holland is an excellent vet and very kind.
