Well, my little Harley is a hellian. He has been going to them since he was fully vaccinated and cleared to be groomed. Being he has adhd (not really) but he is a hellian. I was afraid he would be ungroomable, but they were patient and took their time. Now he loves going to the groomer, gets excited and lacks there face when we arrive. That shows me he is treated properly and cared for when in their care. Harley is growing and a little, I mean little bit calmer but would never think of taking him somewhere else. He has a relationship here and that's important to me. They always do a excellent job and if he comes back lopsided I know why, lol. 3 years later still patient...read full review

I wholeheartedly recommend this salon. My previous dog, a Yorkie mix, was traumatized at another grooming salon in Redding and became snappy because of it. I was told if I didn't train her not to bite, I would be charged an extra fee for being aggressive. I switched to Cottonwood Creek Pet Spa, and while she was stressed during her appointments, she never tried to bite. Tiffany, Thomas, and Heather have created a calm environment, and they know how to handle stressed out animals without causing more stress. Her haircut turned out great every time, and they have hypoallergenic products for sensitive skin. As long as they're in business I'll be taking all of my future dogs to them.

If I could give this place more stars I would ! I have been to so many places for my dog and nowhere else has treated my dog better than here ! My dog loves going and they take care of my dog so well This place is amazing!!
