woke up around 3:30 am to use the facility and heard water running. not a good thing. pipe had burst and was blowing into the garage and out into the street, so had to turn off water to house. put in a request with AHS for emergency repair. got a plumber that said they maybe could get to us next Thursday. called customer service and requested another plumber. got Aments. they not only were able to help us but got to us this morning and repair is complete. thank you AMENTS!!!

I went through my home warranty and the first company they sent out was horrible. I called the warranty company to get a second opinion. I then Received a call from Laurie and she not only got ahold of me punctual she was also very knowledgeable in all aspects she was very kind and exceeded all of my expectations. I will definitely refer this company over and over again.

Lori was prompt in setting up our appointment and the technician was early which was great. We had Jordan as our technician he was super friendly and professional. He also explained what he was doing an why. Lori was also quick to coordinate with our home warranty and followed up every step of the way. Would highly recommend!
