I've been delaying my review of Wren because I'm struggling to put its excellence into words. Wren is exacctttly what Costa Mesa has been missing. This small wellness studio is the first of its kind, specializing in cold plunges, saunas, and massages. I booked all three to celebrate my birthday. This spa felt like a taste of the Pacific Northwest in Southern California. The space was claiming, isolated, and they pay attention to the smallest of details. I highly recommend Wren!!! I frequently book their contrast therapy and it's such a wonderful experience! the staff are all so kind and friendly. I also recommend their lymphatic drainage massage.

I drive from Riverside county just to get massages here. I work in a hectic ER as a nurse and having a monthly massage/wind down at this place is the biggest blessing. I recommend everyone here even though selfishly I don’t want anyone to know about it because I don’t want it to be so busy I can’t book an appointment LOL. This is my monthly reset GO TO!
