Hit or miss. I've had really good haircuts here and preety bad haircuts. The last time I came I told the stylist I wanted a trim as I grew out my hair and wanted to keep it long. They did a complete hack job and cut my hair really short.

This is a warning for anyone who has ANYTHING but pin straight hair. I went to the USC village location to do a super simple cut-- i just wanted my hair a little shorter than it was and showed two reference pictures that were very clear. Throughout the cut I kept noticing that my hair was incredibly uneven but my stylist didn't do anything to fix it. I have a really hard time bringing things up and hoped that she would notice before she finished. She did not. The haircut I got was completely different from the references, very uneven, and super unflattering. I hadn't gotten my hair done for about three years and was cutting and dyeing it at home like once every 6 months. As a result I had super stringy faded split ends to the point that I was almost embarrassed to go to a salon. Dee cut about 4 or 5 inches and colored my hair and I look completely transformed. I thought I was just doomed to have thin unhealthy hair but now it looks thick and luxurious--thank you Dee! The boutique is also really cute. I'll definitely be back!
