Great customer service. I have two pairs of Thom Browne sunglasses that I have struggled to find the right professional to adjust, and chose Vitra because I saw that they carry premium brands. I was not disappointed - Mark, the optician, was skilled and knowledgeable and fixed my glasses perfectly. I had only asked for the nose bridge to be adjusted but he also tightened the hinge as well, making the glasses much more comfortable to wear. The sales lady was also very friendly.

Mariel helped me and was a consummate professional as described by the Mirriam-Webster dictionary definition: "Extremely skilled and accomplished/of the highest degree/complete in every detail" I bought Cutler and Gross frames and had Vitra install my prescription lenses. Mariel didn't try to oversell and was very emotionally intelligent. My glasses are a great style and fit and I can feel the quality.
