Wow..... My experience with this tow company was Amazing.... they were so professional starting from the driver that was so helpful and polite to the dispatchers over the phones and at the office. The driver was very careful handling my vehicle from point A to B. I would recommend everyone to use this company if they needed to be towed for ANY occasion. Thank you SouthSide...!

I had a surprisingly positive interaction with Southside Towing. It was an expensive consequence of bad parking—a tough (but fair) lesson for my son and me—but the staff was friendly, accommodating, and completely professional. Paying the full cost fee to get the car back was painless thanks to their decency. Highly recommend them for their professional human approach.

I’ve had these guys tow VERY expensive vehicles/classics/equipment and never had an issue. Dave is a great guy who knows what he’s doing. All these negative comments are just people who are angry their cars got towed because they were parked ILLEGALLY. It’s not the tow companies deal on who gets towed, you got reported by the property owner or the police.
