Highly recommend! I originally came in wanting a digital perm, but Genki , after checking my hair, he advised not to have perm because of its current condition, and suggested doing color with fresh cut instead.
The before and after speak for itself:
Before: My hair was looking pretty dry, dull, and heavy.
After: The new color and made my hair look so soft and shiny, and the cut layers frame my face nicely !
I really appreciate Genki created a new style for me and cared about my hair‘s health. Will definitely come back to try another style he recommended.
This place is so pretty and the lady here that did my hair did AMAZING she was so gentle and kind to me and her work is amazing! Just look at my hair! I recommend this place so much. My hair has never felt this soft also she uses the best products also! Definitely coming here again. This is the best hair salon i’ve ever been.
Been going to Amity since 2014. The drive from OC to Sawtelle was always worth it for the consistent quality and great service. It’s hard to hide a bad haircut, so I’d rather drive a little out if I know the results will make me happy, and now I’m thrilled there’s a location much closer to home!
The staff are friendly and the new salon is spacious. Kenji and the team are skilled with everything from textured wavy hair to thin straight hair.
