Spending time between my places in the Hollywood Hills and Newport, I was introduced to Roberto when I needed a trim, after the sudden death of my wonderful Father. He was fully booked, but made the time to accomodate a perfect stranger. His generosity of time and talent will ever be forgotten. I've ever returned to my high-end 'stylist' in Hollywood that very day.
Roberto has been cutting my hair for over a decade, and also trimming my beard for the last 6 years. He always does a great job and a fair price. He's a great guy too. Make an appointment and see what an old school Italian barber is like.

My grandfather Nick is Italian so he's been coming to his favorite Italian barber for over 10 years. We live in Long Beach but we always wait until we're making a trek down south to stop in Costa Mesa to see him. Roberto, the owner, owns the shop and specializes in men's styling. He can do anything you need him to do with men's hair. I don't know what his skills are with women's hair as well. My grandfather has thick long and curly hair and Robert turns it into a short front curl style reminiscent of a Hollywood actor or news broadcaster. He does a high end cut for a medium price.
