Mid-high peak rainy time, especially this year, I had a leak in my roof and called up RCI. They scheduled to come out only a couple days after to take a look. I received a call back later that day, stating they were in the area if we were available to come take a look that same day! Both Chuck and Shannon were so kind and friendly, really great people. They were able to get a quote out to me in just a couple days. I thought there was no way I could get any one out to fix the leak in time for the next set of rainy days. Even in peak busy season, they were able to schedule an appointment to fix a week later. RCI stated they would be there at 8am, and they were there exactly on time, even a little early. The job was a bit messy, needing to replace tiles and the metal flash pieces. They left the front and side yard spotless. The price was super reasonable. I don't yet know how the repair will hold up, since it was just completed last week. All around, great experience.

This town needs more contractors like chuck & Shannon someone early on steered the boy in the right direction. my roof wasn't the cheapest bid but you know how the saying goes you get what you pay for and money well spent my roof looks great and i got cool friends . Thank's chuck & Shannon.
