Lisa is incredible! Within our session I ended up having so much relief in areas that has been causing me pain for quite some time. She is so good at what she does- very quickly pin-pointing areas that were stuck and needed attention. I can't wait to come back. It was such a relaxing and healing experience and she created a welcoming and relaxing environment. She introduced me to rolling cupping and it made an instant difference in my mobility and range of motion.

Lisa is amazing. I've had 3 massages from her now and they are simply the best I've ever had. She manages to find all the knots and work them out without it feeling like too much pressure, but at the same time it's also the best relaxation. I fall asleep pretty much every time no matter how hard I try not to. I feel amazingly relaxed when I leave here.

Lisa is simply amazing. I've been going fairly regularly for massages with Lisa since last October, and she is the absolute best. When you walk into Reset and Thrive, you're greeted by calming scents that make you feel so relaxed and the lovely Lisa. She is very sweet, and genuinely cares about your health and healing.
