I went in to buy morocanoils repair shampoo and the associate Diamic38 ( on receipt) was very pleasant and helped me find what I was looking for and she also gave me some samples of jack black beard conditioner. Thank you very much!

I am not maybe a typical planet beauty customer. But I went it because I had a gift card and Alex happened to be working. She was so very helpful and kind. I never felt out of place. She answered my questions honestly and helpfully! Thank you Alex!

Exceptional... Quality.. My favorite line of make up is Frankie Rose ... Simply natural... Elegant.. I have always chosen my products from Planet Beauty. Quality. I know what I prefer and like. I have sensitive skin.. I like what works for me... The Beauty specialist are so professional.. They know there products. I know what my skin and my hair need. I truly love that they are so well informed and do not try to sell my any product... Only bummer is. Almost but not today. All the Frankie Rose colors are sold out. Ugh . Today I so scored. .... They just had a shipment... I got everything I love Yeah
