Well, it's time for another review for Parzival Plumbing. Sorry it's late. About 4-5 weeks ago, our triplex in Costa Mesa didn't have hot water in the morning for the tenants. One call to Parzival was all it took. By 1PM, (very punctual), I had our Technician, "Nick" out to survey the problem. It took a bit of time, but he was able to make an exact diagnosis. We needed a "Water Heater Flow Sensor," replaced. (Who knew such a thing existed?). Once Nick figured out the problem, he needed to pick up that certain part.
