False advertisement no physical shop literally drove from Long Beach and was told I can be serviced. A waste of time and a waste of gas. I told the owner he should update his Yelp just said yeah whatever

Horrible peopleI called explaining the situation (my baby was in the crib and the bedroom door somehow locked) the guy when in his way called me and I asked the price he said $90 to $120, I said ok because was an emergency, my baby was crying so much. When he got here with 20 min not 10 like he told me he saw the situation and my desperation and said he thought that it was to unlock a car and the price to unlock my bedroom door was $180, again I said ok because my baby was crying for almost 30 min already. I feel taken advantage of, and I’m sure no good person would charge more for a service after seeing an delicate situation like the one I was in.

The good: Were responsive and did the the job they were contracted to do. New auto key. The not so good: Was quoted one price and raised it $60 when the technician arrived without any rationale.
