ROSA IS AMAZING!! Gosh she is such an expert at what she does. I came in with red hair & she was able to turn me into honey blonde! The extensions she put in are so light & comfortable. She was so kind, educated me on everything I needed to know to keep my hair healthy, & a joy to be with. I couldn’t recommend anyone more. She even had me come in a week later to make sure everything was still in good condition. She’s definitely my new hair girl!! The energy of the salon is also amazing 💓💓
I have been coming to Rosa at Mane-tained hair salon in Costa Mesa since October of 2025. I enjoy Rosa so much I come every week to wash my hair thoroughly with her, and have her style it. I’ve been a fan of Rosa since our first consultation. She is extremely knowledgeable, polite, and attentive to hair/ scalp health. I would highly recommend her and do to everyone in Orange County as of moving here. I have two rows of 24 in extensions all purchased through this salon and with Rosa.
