I tried changing out an old and slow SATA hard drive on my iMac, 17 to put in a SSD drive, and turns out it was a little more difficult than the videos makes it look. The cable connections are very delicate. I damaged the video port cable trying to put it back together. I called Mac Help to see if they could make the repair for me and put it back together again if I got a new cable. I git good information on the phone about getting the right replacement cable and after getting a cable I took the computer in today and it's up and running again even though I also did a little damage to the connection on the motherboard which they fixed. What an amazing shop. Matt is fantastic! A simple phone call to him explaining my problem and one day later my machine is fixed and fast! All at a great price. Matt genuinely cares about his customers and I highly recommend him .
