Tiffany, was wonderful. She took plenty of time to massage and my nails look terrific. She was gracious and efficient. The room was quiet and the procedure was very relaxing. I will definitely go back.

I have my own nail lady I go to in Huntington Beach who I adore so I will forever stay loyal to her. My grandma however will only go to Lily's Nails. She's older and has her routines. I decided to go with her and just got a manicure. It's just regular polish and I'll probably take it off in a couple days but it was only 15 bucks. The main reason I gave 4 stars was for their customer service. All the girls are super sweet. Of course, they'll try to up sell you what place in sales doesn't? Let's be real there's plenty of nail salons around and some of them are hurting. I'm just thankful they take care of my grandma and she enjoys her time there. Tried this place only because my regular nail lady is on her maternity leave. The lady didn't speak much English and had infomercial on TV the whole time. She was quick, prompt, and nice. Service was ok. But tip of my gel nail started peeling only 3 days after I got them done...
