I walked in here on a Friday @ 9:50AM. Signed into the walk-in kiosk and filled out essential paperwork since I am a new patient. Name was called at 11:45am for me to go see the doctor. The medical assistant did everything on me very quickly. She asked me how much I weighed and how tall I was rather than do it herself. As a first time patient this is pretty peculiar, since self-reported values are usually inaccurate (& I had not weighed myself in over two weeks). What interests me since I am a student nurse is that they also do manual blood pressure here, and the medical assistant took a total of 3 seconds to take my blood pressure before reporting the number to me. I have had Dr. Jarad Williams at this location as my primary care physician since my earlier doctor there retired almost 20 years ago. Dr. Williams and especially his nurse Judith Estrella are caring, friendly, efficient and very easy to talk to. They are also my wife's doctor who has Alzheimer's, and Judith is especially warm and comfortable for her. I can recommend with no hesitation both Dr. Williams and Judith.

Update....my first review of this place was totally incorrect and was made by me out of frustration due to the issue i was having with my ear. The staff here is always so friendly and they are always willing to find a solution for my ear issue. I am still going through issues with my ear but it seems we are on the right path to finally get it cured...I found out that i was NOT a piece of Q-tip in my ear but rather i developed an ear fungus and I would like to send my deepest apologies to the entire staff for my first review like i said it was made by me out of frustration.
