This review is only for Quest Diagnostics department. My walk in for a blood work was surprisingly good, looking at the 3 stars reviews I was skeptical and didn't expect much. I normally make appointments for any medical issues or follow up, but this time I ventured without an appointment. My wait was only 15 minutes. The facility was clean, the receptionist was giving clear instructions to me and also to all other patients. The nurse who took my blood work was with a lovely manner and she did a great job. I was in and out with the procedure within 3 minutes, very efficient. I noticed that the patients who had appointments were attended right on time so kudos to this office running everything efficiently.

I had a terrible cough on Sunday evening so I went to the urgent clinic on Monday in the morning. I waited almost 4 hours to be seen by a doctor. After some initial questions and listening to my chest she diagnosed me with an upper respiratory infection and prescribed antibiotics. Five days later I'm feeling better but still pretty sick. I decide to make an appointment with my primary care doctor who finds out after doing a flu swab that I actually have Influenza A. The antibiotics I was taking was not really working. I probably would have felt better sooner had I been accurately diagnosed and prescribed the correct anti-viral meds. I will do my best to avoid this place at all costs. I recommend you do the same.

I love this office. I love my Dr.s bedside. I'm fairly new to the area and so having to switch Dr.'s when you have issues is not the easiest thing. I got really luck in my first try. The staff starting with the front desk to the nurses have always been pleasant.
